Register Your Phone

There is a service that you need to register your phone number(s) with to prevent your calls from showing as potential spam by the telephone carriers. This service requires that you have a business website, which you can create using the Integrity Connect platform. (Note: there are a lot of other settings on the Integrity Connect site, but for now we only need to set up your business website).

Part 1. Create your business website

• Login to Integrity Connect at https://connect.integrity.com
• Click on the profile bubble with your initials at the top right corner of the navigation bar, then select Account.
• Click on Agent Profile. Add your Product Preferences (Final Expense, Indexed Universal, Simplified IUL and Term). If you want you can upload a profile picture, fill in the other fields, and click the blue Save button.
• If you scroll down, you should see a link in the Agent-personalized Website section that begins with https://myintegrity.com/. Click the blue button that says Copy Link and paste your link to a text file.

Part 2. Register with Free Caller Registry

• Go to https://freecallerregistry.com/fcr/
• Enter your email to get a verification code.
• Check your email for the code, enter it, and then continue filling out the information.
• Step 1 of 3 - Tell us about your business
• The first page will ask for information about your business. Unless you have a legally registered LLC or Corporation, type in your first and last name as the Business Name. Do not type something like "John Doe Insurance Services" or "Doe Insurance Group" since that does not match any legally registered business.
• Use your home address for the business address. 
• For your business website, copy the link you created for your Integrity Agent-personalized Website.
• Business contact name is your name.
• Business contact phone number is your cell phone number.
• In the Call Purpose dropdown, choose "Financial Services".
• In the Outbound calls per month dropdown, choose 5001-10000.
• Do not type anything in the section that says "What specific feedback have you received from customers..."
• Step 2 of 3 - Add your phone numbers
• You can enter up to 20 numbers on this page. Enter your cell phone, and if you use any other phone numbers (including VOIP like Google Voice, Phone Burner, etc.) be sure to add those as well.
• Step 3 of 3 - Review and accept terms
• Click the box that says I agree to the terms listed above and then click the button that says Submit Your Registration.
• It usually takes a few days for your numbers to be registered.

Keep in mind this doesn't guarantee that your number will never show up as suspected spam. It will absolutely help, as the major analytics/spam-detection engines (like Hiya, First Orion, Transaction Network Services) will recognize that your number(s) are associated with a legitimate business.
